Ex-Compliant Phones Director Joins Obsidian

Obsidian Wireless Compliant Solutions Ltd (“Obsidian”) is pleased to announce that it has engaged SRN Associates Limited (“SRN”) to close its current investment round and advise the Board on future strategy. SRN Managing Director, Simon Nash, previously worked with the Board of Compliant Phones Ltd in the role of CFO after leading their highly successful investment round which was completed in March 2011. He was also instrumental in negotiating key channel contracts for Compliant Phones.
