Tru Acquire Obsidian Wireless

Obsidian is delighted to announce that Tru (www.truphone.com) has purchased the App-less Voice Recording Solution from Obsidian Wireless Compliant Solutions Ltd. The deal enables Tru to expand its pool of talent,technology, and customers.

This acquisition forms one part of a strategy which ensures Obsidian has the people and products to support its ambitious global growth plans.

By bringing all the technical components of the Tru Obsidian Mobile Recording solution under one umbrella, Obsidian will be able to provide more seamless support, plan for longer term technical integration, and deliver
a roadmap of service enhancements.

Tru recognises the Obsidian brand has a strong connection with customers and the wider financial market in this space and will continue to support it as a separate identity under the Tru umbrella.
